
Russ Martin is a longtime college football coach with over four decades of experience at the collegiate level. In 2025, he will return as Field Director for the All Alaska Football Camp, where he has been a valued contributor for more than 30 years.
Martin’s coaching career spans numerous programs and roles, including Offensive Coordinator at West Texas A&M (2020–2023) and Head Coach at Colorado Mesa University (2012–2019), where he led the team to a 56-33 record, three RMAC championships, and an NCAA playoff appearance. His offenses consistently ranked among the nation’s best.
He also served eight years as Offensive Coordinator at Nebraska-Kearney, helping guide the program to four RMAC titles. His coaching journey has included stops at Baylor, Kansas Wesleyan, Bethany College, Black Hills State, and Southeast Missouri State.
A graduate of Chadron State, Martin is known across the country for his leadership, offensive innovation, and commitment to player development.
