Lenny Doerfler

Lenny Doerfler has dedicated over two decades to coaching at both the high school and college levels, shaping athletic programs in Oregon, North Dakota, Kansas, and Arizona. His career reflects a consistent commitment to developing student-athletes and building competitive, values-driven programs.

In addition to his coaching background, Lenny has distinguished himself in athletic administration. He has served as an Athletic Director for nine years and has been recognized twice as Athletic Director of the Year—an acknowledgment of his leadership, organizational strength, and ability to elevate programs while keeping student development at the center.

A defining component of Lenny’s career is his long-standing involvement with the Alaska Football Camp. Over 24 total years, he has contributed in a variety of roles and currently serves as Director of Supervision and Assistant Director, playing a key role in the camp’s operations, logistics, and continued success.

Lenny currently serves as the Athletic Director at Sierra Linda High School, where he continues to lead, mentor, and build programs that emphasize accountability, opportunity, and pride. His passion for athletics and education, combined with his proven leadership, make him a respected and impactful figure in athletic administration.
