The camp features top College, NFL,and select High School coaches from across the nation. These coaches give the camp an exclusive distinction from all others. Our campers gain confidence and optimism knowing they have become better football players. The camp also includes certified athletic trainers and camp counselors. Andy Carr

Cody Crill
Crill serves as Offensive Coordinator at Navarro College. Since arriving there in 2008 Navarro has accumulated a record 52-7, have won 1 national championship in 2010, 3 conference championships, 3 regional championships, and 4 bowl championships. This past season we had the number 1 scoring offensive in Navarro College history 43.4 points per game, number 1 rushing offense in the NJCAA 307 yards per game, and finished number 7 in total offensive in the NJCAA 484 yard per game. Navarro was the 2012 Southwest Junior College Conference Champions and Heart of Texas bowl Champions. This past season they finished number 4 in the country and have been ranked in the top 5 or higher since Coach Crill arrived. A graduate of Angelo State University, he received both his bachelor's (2002) and master's degrees (2004) in Kinesiology there. Crill came to Navarro College by way of Winston-Salem State University where he spent the last three seasons as the offensive line coach. Prior, he was at Trinity Valley Community College (TVCC) where he coached both offensive and defensive lines as well as the running backs and fullbacks. Prior to TVCC, he spent two years as the defensive line coach at his alma mater, Angelo State University in San Angelo, TX.

Bobby King
Assistant Linebackers
2nd Year With Texans
3rd Year in NFL

Bobby King is in his second season with the Houston Texans and first as assistant linebackers coach. King joined the Texans as a defensive assistant in 2011 and was promoted to his current position in March of 2012. He has spent his entire collegiate and pro coaching career in the state of Texas.

In 2011, King's efforts helped produce the third-largest defensive improvement in NFL history since the 1970 AFL-NFL merger. The Texans ranked second in the NFL in total defense with 285.7 yards per game after giving up 376.9 yards per game and ranking 30th in 2010.

King came to the Texans after serving as the defensive quality control/assistant linebackers coach for the Dallas Cowboys in 2010 where he worked directly under Texans linebackers coach Reggie Herring and defensive coordinator Wade Phillips. Prior to his tenure in Dallas, King was the defensive line coach at West Texas A&M University in 2008-09, and helped the 2009 team reach its first bowl game since 1967.

From 2006-07, King worked with the defensive line as a graduate assistant at Baylor. In 2005, King ended his first stint at WTAMU by helping the team win the Lone Star Conference championship and make the school's first NCAA Division II Playoff appearance.

King began his coaching career as a student assistant at his alma mater, Texas El-Paso, working with the defensive line from 2002-03. He was a three-year letter winner and two-year starter at UTEP on the defensive line from 1998-2000.

King and his wife, Elizabeth, have a son, Jack Robert, who was born in March.

Luke Knauf
Offensive Coordinator at Western Mexico University. 3rd Year at Western New Mexico. 2012 had one of the top offenses in the nation at Western New Mexico.
Offensive Line Coach/Run Game Coordinator at Luther College for 3 years.
Assistant Offensive Line Coach at University of Wisconsin-La Crosse for 1 year.
Started at center and guard at the University of Wisconsin.
Accolades in high school: all conference freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior year both ways. Lineman of the year in the conference junior and senior year. All state selection both ways his sophomore, junior, and senior year. Offensive player of the year in the state of Wisconsin as a senior. Top 5 player of year in the midwest region senior year.

Russ Martin
Offensive Coordinator University of Nebraska Kearney.
Has also coached at Southeast Missouri State, Black Hills State, Bethany College, and Kansas Wesleyan.
Russ has coached some of the top offenses in college football at the NAIA, NCAA DII and NCAA IAA levels.
2005 and 2009 RMAC Champs.

Dennis McCulloch
Head Coach Valley City State University.
2000, 2005, 2011 DAC-10 & 2012 Aii Coach of the year. Conference Champions 1996, 2000, 2001, 2005, 2011 & 2012.
National playoffs 1996, 2000, 2001, 2005 & 2011
All Alaska Football Camp Field Director since 2001.
Currently 8 Alaska kids play football at Valley City State University. Dennis was Mr. Camp 2001 & 2003 All Alaska Football Camp
Shawn Nagel
Strength/Conditioning for Football/Basketball at Lindenwood University, MO
Served as Defensive Coordinator Lindenwood University &Ottawa University 2002-2010
Has coached in the NAIA National Championship Playoffs 6 times.
Finalist in the National Championship game 2009.

Mike Taake
Head high school football coach 30 years.
Inducted into the Wisconsin Football Hall of Fame, 2009.
Wisconsin Positive Leadership Award, 2010.
Mr. Camp Award, All Alaska Football Camp, 2006.
Featured speaker at National Wing T Clinic Pittsburgh, PA.
Six time Wisconsin District Coach of the Year.
Widely recognized as a Wing T Offense expert.
Coached 271 high school games.

Rick "Jumbo" Wells

Montana State Northern University, Defensive Coordinator thru 2009.
Collegiate Football Coach - 31 years, High School Coach - 6 years
Extensive experience as a Defensive Coordinator, DB, LB, DL, and OL Coach. Has coached many all Conference & All American players.
Jumbo was a All American at the University of Wyoming.
This will be his 16th camp. He is one of only two coaches to be selected.
Mr. Camp twice. 1992 and 2008 All Alaska football Camp.

Melynda Brenton
Certified Athletic trainer at Farmington High School, NM since 2005. Formerly an athletic trainer at schools in Colorado and California since 1983.
 

Counselors

Lenny Doerfler
Lenny is currently a teacher and coach at O’Connor High School in Phoenix, AZ. Lenny has coached football for the past 16 years, 6 at the college level and 10 at the high school level.
He has coached at Western Oregon University, Valley City State University, Fort Hays State University, Bend High School in Oregon, and O’Connor High School in Phoenix, Arizona. Lenny has also coached the Down Under Bowl All Star game in Australia and the College National All-Stars team in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Lenny was Mr. Camp in 1995. 

Erik Rosholt

Erik teaches art and coaches football in Wisconsin Dells, WI. He has coached football for nine years including experience at Reedsburg (WI) Area High School and Baraboo (WI) High School. Erik has also coached varsity for five years. A high school valedictorian, he lettered in football, hockey, and track. As a football player, Erik started on both sides of the ball as an all-conference center and linebacker. He played fullback at Luther College in Decorah, IA, lettering twice. Erik has played semi-professional football for the past six years. A 2011 league all-star, he is currently the starting strong side linebacker for the Madison (WI) Mustangs. During this time period, the Mustangs have accumulated a 60-1 record and four league championships.

Brian Stewart
Brian currently teaches at O’Connor High School and coaches at Cactus High School in Phoenix, AZ.
Brian has 13 years of coaching experience coaching as a Special Teams Coordinator and WR/DB coach.
Current position: Cactus High School in Phoenix Arizona, 2009 Region and State Champions.
Other coaching positions: O'Connor High School, Deer Valley High School, and Glendale High School. All are in Phoenix, AZ.
Played WR at Cactus High School 1987 Region Champions and State Runner-up.

Ben Watkins

Ben was a three sport standout at Roundup High School in Montana. He is currently lives in Billings, Montana and is a certified athletic trainer.
